For a small number of businesses, I stay involved over time. We usually connect once or twice a month, so I can build enough context to challenge assumptions, shape new directions, and help turn promising ideas into something real.
There are no fixed weekly days or work created just to fill them. It's about having someone who understands the business deeply, while staying far enough outside the day-to-day to keep noticing where there may be more value to unlock.
