I usually work on focused projects around a specific opportunity, question, or new direction. Especially when the answer isn't obvious, but getting it right matters.
Beyond one-time projects, I stay involved with a small number of businesses. We usually connect once or twice a month - enough to understand the business deeply, while staying far enough outside the day-to-day to spot opportunities that are easy to miss from inside.
